Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati I-275 Springdale, Springdale

I had a mixed experience at this motel. The location is fantastic, just off the freeway and right next to a Cracker Barrel, plus the room was comfortable and clean. However, the lobby had a strange smell, and the carpet leading to my room was marked and stained. The breakfast wasn't ideal either, as it was limited due to COVID-19, which can be challenging for dietary needs.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not great. The room had numerous issues, including a strong smell of smoke, a broken window, and cleanliness problems. However, the staff at check-in was genuinely friendly and accommodating, which helped ease some of the frustrations. Overall, I can't recommend staying here until some major improvements are made.
